The Town Centre and the Older Streets
Victorian and Edwardian terraces and villas, mostly under Welsh slate with lead valleys and tall chimneys. A century on, these roofs are into nail sickness and their lead is close to the end of its life. Ewell, Stoneleigh and the 1930S
