Do you charge more to come further out?
No. The quote is for the work on the roof. Travel across the towns we list is part of a normal working day for us, and it is not itemised or added on.
How quickly can you get to me?
For a leak or storm damage, the same day wherever we can, and the mobile is answered 24 hours. For a survey or a quote, usually within the week. Leatherhead, Ashtead, Epsom and Cobham are minutes from the office; the London towns are under an hour outside the rush.
Do you work on flats and commercial buildings in London?
Yes. Parades of shops, mansion blocks and flats above shops make up a good part of our South West London work, for owners, managing agents and residents’ associations, with a written scope and a photographic report.
